• Connecting families through photography

Can I ask you something? When was the last time you had family pictures taken? If it's been a while, what's holding you back? Busy schedule? Not sure you can afford it? Still waiting to lose those last 10 pounds? Or, are you afraid of how the kids will behave? Maybe you think there's no way any photographer could get a good picture of your wild and crazy 2 year old. I hear you! BUT, having photos that show your family's true love and connection is absolutely priceless. Think about what a gift those pictures will be for your children one day. A visual reminder of how much they were loved. Life moves way too fast and your family session is a time to slow down and enjoy each other. Let's make memories together!

  • This is my little corner of the web to chat about photography, share recent sessions, and dish about my crazy life. If you've never been here before, take a second to look around. Don't know where to start? Just click that blue button right there! Still have questions? Feel free to email me!

Thanks so much for stopping by! If you’re here to catch a sneak peak of your session, check out THE BLOG! If this is your first time, welcome! This is my space to share recent sessions, dish about family, and update you with any news or information.

I really truly believe in the power of pictures and I hope you do too! I have worked hard to build a business that focuses on relationships. Clients eventually turn into friends and then form a big extended family. I care about your children. I am genuinely interested in what’s going on in your life. A photo shoot shouldn’t be something you dread or feel forced to do. It should be a chance for you to connect with your loved ones and have that captured forever.

So why choose me? This is hard! I’m not good at selling myself, but there are a few things I know for sure. When you book a portrait session with me, you get ME! (and I bet I’m a lot like YOU). I’m a mom. I’m a wife. I’m a business owner. I’m a dog lover. I spend way too much time in my car chauffeuring my kids around. I like to think I can cook, but end up ordering out more often than I should. I’m pretty easy going. I like to ask questions and get to know my clients. I am emotional (can’t you tell?) and honest. I’ll probably tell you my life story in the span of an hour. I LOVE kids and I think they’re pretty fond of me too. One thing I hear over and over from families is, “I can’t believe how patient you are!” This makes me happy because that’s one of the perks of hiring me. I like to take my time. I don’t ever rush. If your child is having a bad day or is tired, we can take a break. If photo shoots aren’t Dad’s favorite thing, we can get him in some shots right away and then let him chill out on his phone for the rest of the session. My goal is for everyone to leave happy.

So if you’re still here reading, here are a few more things to check out.

Find out more about me here. You’ll see a few shots of me and my kiddos by Sarah Cornish of My Four Hens there. You can also read what people are saying about Stacy Mae Photography.

Don’t forget to check out my Portfolio to get a sense of my style and the Blog for more recent sessions. If you’re looking for something specific on the blog, try searching the Categories. You can also check me out on Facebook and Instagram.

Still not sure? Maybe you need to read through some FAQ’s.

Now that you know we’re going to be BFF’s, you can visit the pricing page. It’s the all-important question I know, but custom photography is an investment. An investment that will pay for itself over and over again each time you walk past the images of your children up on the walls!

After you’ve decided you simply must book a session, email me to secure a date. You can reach me at stacy@stacymaephotography.com
